Notary in Fort Worth, Texas

Fort Worth is in Tarrant County. Here is what we could verify.

Libraries

• Fort Worth Public Library: we could not confirm any notary service from the library’s official pages (library home, contact page); a web search found none listed, but our direct check of those pages was blocked. Treat as unconfirmed and call a branch before you go.
• Benbrook Public Library (1065 Mercedes St., Benbrook, TX 76126, next to Fort Worth) offers basic notary service at no charge, by appointment only, Monday to Friday during business hours. Book at least 24 hours ahead by emailing [email protected]. Rules include: all signers present with valid photo ID, no more than 3 documents per appointment, English-language documents only, bring your own witnesses. The library does not notarize wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds or other conveyance documents, estate documents, or business documents. Source: Benbrook Public Library: Notary.

Shipping store

The UPS Store at 5801 Golden Triangle Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76244, (817) 562-5270, lists a commissioned notary and says notary hours are available seven days a week (source). The page says to check with the store about which documents its notary can handle; fees are not listed, so call to confirm.

Mobile and online

• DFW Mobile Notary Now publishes mobile rates for Dallas and Tarrant Counties; see mobile notary in Dallas.
• Online notary in Texas

The Fort Worth Public Library's official pages do not list a notary service ([Fort Worth Public Library](https://www.fortworthtexas.gov/departments/library), verified: 2026-10-24). Banks, credit unions, other shipping stores and county offices may also offer notary service, but we have not confirmed one from its own page for Fort Worth or Tarrant County. Call ahead to confirm whether a notary is on site, the fee, and whether non-customers are served. The UPS Store listed above does not publish its fee.
